Subject to availability, loaner equipment is available to SMS customers at no charge. The only requirements are that the customer’s damaged equipment is submitted to SMS for repair and that a written loaner agreement is signed which requires the customer to be responsible for the condition of the loaned equipment upon return.

By special arrangement, SMS will rent loaner equipment to its established customers.
