SMS regularly conducts In-Service Programs for its customers on site as well as at our Kansas City facility. We are able to share SGNA, AORN and manufacturer reprocessing protocol and demonstrate the mechanics of repairs to convey to hospital staff a better understanding of the working components of flexible and rigid endoscopes and surgical instrumentation and how to properly care for and handle each of them. Preventive maintenance inspections are also regularly conducted on site at the request of our customers.
