SMS maintains a database on all repairs performed. Customized reports can be created detailing repairs in chronological order or sorted by serial number of scope. Types of repairs can be tracked as well as cost of repairs for each customer or for each scope. A customer can obtain these reports as often as they are needed. Although the example below reports endoscope repairs, similar reports are available for all categories of repair.
