Subject to availability, loaner scopes are available to SMS customers at no charge on the following conditions. A scope must be submitted for repair. The repair must be more than an overnight or one day repair. There must be a need for a loaner by the customer due to a shortage of scopes or a heavy volume of cases. The customer must sign a written loaner agreement and pay for any damage to the loaner scope while in the customer's possesion.
