SMS regularly conducts in service programs for its customers on site as well as at our Kansas City facility. We are able to share SGNA and manufacturer reprocessing protocol and demonstrate the mechanics of repairs to convey to hospital staff a better understanding of the working components of a flexible endoscope. Preventive maintenance inspections of flexible endoscopes are regularly conducted on site at the request of our customers.
