Mary Hall, our flex repair lab manager, comes from an electronics background and has eight years experience repairing scopes. Beside supervising the technical and support staff, training new technicians, communicating with our customers and maintaining quality, Mary finds time to perform major repairs herself.

SMS flexible endoscope repair department has extensive capability to repair Olympus, Pentax, and Fujinon flexible endoscopes used in endoscopy and surgery. We recognize we are in the service business and our trained staff will do their best to meet your needs.
